Days Inn by Wyndham Paintsville

Visited Days Inn out of last resort due to Ramada being full on Friday, but it was a blessing in the end! The room have been upgraded, they were very clean and had everything you would need for a stay...having a microwave made late night convenience store run fun because we could nuke our frozen dinner in the wave! Saved us money and was kinda fun running over to the Speedway! Ramada was charging 285 dollard for a Saturday night stay and we turned that down and I am glad we did. My whole family (4 of us) stayed for 80 a night and were treated very well! Staff super friendly and the price was right for what we needed. ALso, it kinda gave us that retro vibe from vacationing with our parents back in the day but with CLEAN ROOMS Stocked with iron, ironing board, microwave, great big toilet, new pictures on the walls and the doors had the upgraded locking system. Good value and I will return.

We had two rooms from 10-17-2024 to 10-19-2024 they were pretty full, so my first-floor request was honored for one room, not both. Rooms were large and carpeted. Beds were comfortable, no bugs, plumbing worked although my tub stopper didn't work. Breakfast was decent and the staff was pleasant. Don't usually see newer smart TVs at Days Inn that was a pleasant surprise. Would stay here again.

This Place Is Not Bad For The Price. It's In A Few Minor Repairs And Upgrades Needed State,But The Place Is Better Than I Expected! The Pool Is Awesome,And You Get Free Breakfast And It's Conveniently Located Near Lots Of Attractions And Shops. There Is A Speedway Across The Street And A Shell Station Beside The Hotel. Staff Was Friendly And Our Room Was Cleaned Daily. We Was There For 4 Days

I liked it the beds were kinda hard but that's expected, the coffee sucked so bad you would be best to bring your own coffee and coffee pot just saying you could pour the coffee in a glass of it and read a news paper threw it lol but the people who worked it was real nice :) kinda expensive for the night which was $93. But got an amazing hot shower so I am happy lol

Rooms were clean enough. I didn't get a great night's sleep as there was a lot of noise outside. The sheets were clean and the room was clean. Staff on-site was friendly and socialable.

Staff checking me in were very helpful. Rooms are dated, but clean. Stayed here to be close to Dawson Trail for riding bicycle.

We had our doubts when we saw that this was an older hotel with smaller rooms than what you see in newer hotels but the rooms were very clean and tidy, the bathroom was spotless! The staff was very courteous and the breakfast, while not having a large selection was very good and more than adequate for our stay. You can tell that a great deal of care has been put into keeping up the place. Highly recommended!

This is a nice hotel. We were looking for a clean place to stay for 3 days while we explored the area and this fit the bill. The rooms are clean and it's in a quiet area. You're close to the "downtown" area and most of the sights are within a few minutes drive. Room service was "ok" at best but we did have clean towels each night. The check in staff were very friendly on the afternoon we arrived but the staff at the breakfast area the next morning were very rude. Breakfast said it was served until 9am and we arrived downstairs around 8:45 and they were already cleaning the area, when we asked about it being served until 9am we were told to get ready earlier. Save yourself the hassle and go eat at Wilma's downtown, much better food and the prices can't be beat. Overall this is still a 5 star stay because the beds were clean and comfortable, it was quiet, and it's a good deal for what you get.
